We kill the grime so your home can shine. Quality window washing and exterior maintenance tailored for Waimate & surrounds for all residential and commercial properties.

Our professional services

From streak-free window cleaning to comprehensive exterior maintenance, we deliver reliable and high-quality results across Waimate.

Window cleaning

Crystal-clear, streak-free interior and exterior window washing for homes and businesses. We remove built-up grime and water spots efficiently.

Lichen Treatment

Our high-quality treatment breaks down lichen at its core, gradually eroding it over time. Please note that lichen treatment is a gradual process, and results should be expected over time rather than immediately.

Gutter clearing

Prevent water damage and overflowing roof drainage by keeping your gutters clear of leaves, moss, and blockages year-round.

Wasp Elimination

Professional wasp elimination treatment using a powdered substance that wasps carry back into the nest upon re-entry, allowing it to reach the core of the colony.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions about our exterior care services? Here are answers to common queries from home and business owners across Waimate & surrounds

What areas do you service?

We service Waimate and surrounding areas. A small travel charge applies depending on your location, starting at $5 within Waimate township. For locations over 30 km from Waimate, just get in touch for a quote.

Are your advertised prices fixed?

Our advertised prices are starting prices. Your final quote may vary depending on the size and condition of the property, access, height, level of build-up and the amount of product or time required. We offer free, no-obligation quotes so you’ll know the price before we get started.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not necessarily! For exterior services, as long as we have safe access to the areas being serviced, you usually don’t need to be home. We’ll arrange everything with you beforehand

Is spider spraying safe around pets and family?

We’ll give you clear instructions about keeping people and pets away during application and when it’s safe to return to treated areas. Always follow the instructions provided for your particular treatment

How quickly does moss & lichen treatment work?

Moss and lichen treatment is a gradual process, not an instant clean. The treatment works at the source, and over time the moss and lichen will fade, dry out and naturally break down. How quickly you see results depends on the level of growth, exposure and weather conditions.
